Sandy: looking at cre on big charts with daily prices it looks quite different to your graph. on big charts i don't see any sign of a h&s formation. in any event after a large drop, bounce back up and then consolidation are very frequent formations. it can then go in any direction (up down or sideways). however, if you are bullish it isn't uncommon after a large drop to have a bounce, drop back to support and then another bounce or recover. imo
