Packaging group Bunzl reports continued good sales progress in North America while growth in the UK & Ireland was satisfactory, although general economic activity had softened in the second half of 2005.
Recriitment group Hays says trading is up to expectations this year so far. "The business has continued to generate good growth, with net fees for the first half of the financial year expected to be approximately 13% ahead of the same period last year," it said in a statement.
