and yes, you and almost all contributors to this thread got the idea. the title of the thread says it is about 'list(s)', lists of potential winners - to start with - from which one can pick favourites for further analysis and discussion.
i had said all this in the introductory first post to last years first leg of this thread, when it all started.
at those dark times, one had to plough through so many stock in order to find one winner!
this is not a tipping thread; buy stock abc and make £ million!
there is a prerequisite for some background in technical analysis and understanding of terms and jargon. not everyone is an 'expert' or expected to be one, but one is expected to put time and effort, there are no panacias or easy answers.
