as you have commented, the mining sector has been doing well.
hgm is a new kid on the block as far as the lse is concerned, which may explain the reason as to why it does not receive much mention.
floated at around 200 then rose to hit 250 and then back down to sub 200. but recently the stock has gained momentum. it broke through 250 followed by 270 and assumed a reasonably steep and tight rising trend that saw it reach current levels.
so, previous volatility has dissipated and the stock has channelled its energy in the direction of a rising trend instead of just going up and down.
