The caring thread! (ADL PLC) - AD.

Found it.. (i think)... as per the RNS on the 20-09-05 about the additional 1,000,000 listing for the purchase of newsham house, 700,000 went to one of the directors (j Davis) and the rest to the other owners. I am guessing that it is one of the other owners that is slowly selling some of their 300,000 shares. What i need to do now is go back through all the trades since these 300,000 shares were given and find out the total amount of sells and this will give us an idea how long till the overhang clears... that is... if my theory is correct! it does seem to fit in with the timing of events!!
