In search of an answer..? Just going over an old Energis proxy voting form , I note that we`re classified as memebers as well as shareholders, the definition of both differ in that even if , as it turned out in the case of Energis, the share become valueless, never the less....still has intrinsic value in that we still remain members of the company.. as the legal owner of the original Energis shares and in view of the fact that the shares were not purchased in any way shape or form, this intrinsic value as members ....that belongs to the share remains.... and is now in the hands of CHEYLS...therefore technically ....members of CHEYLS....with all it`s legal implications..
