another minor point has emerged on the COLT board that may well have some influence on ENERGIS...in that..a comment was made that HIGHBERRY athough lost the case...yet won the `war` and came out as winners..in view of the fact that from the moment that a decision was made to seek judicial approval for the administration of COLT...the stock was...from there on in..shorted, heads you win, tales you win.......this may well have been the case in ENERGIS..from directors buying at 66p in January to less than 1p by JULY, six months later...before the admin order...fortunes were being made...when the ESAG finaly get their act together...the trades for the last six months of the share-dealings in Energis....will have to be analised....to check if underhanded tactics were used to help push Energis into administration...by reducing it`s valuation thereby constraining any barganing power left in the share price....to zero.
