Interesting numbers. The conclusion would be bullish for SPX. (caveat- the numbers are as of tues data, 12/24)
Small investors less bullish means they are becoming more bearish ... typically means bullishness for SPX
Comm'l investor less bearish means they are becoming more bullish...typically they are smart money and this is bullishness for SPX.
