I wouldn`t put a halpenny into tfc until they get a new production director
If you look at their track record its all about good sales news and garbage production news...........
Step 1 fire existing team........ except boffins
Step 2 wait for at least 12m for significant improvement in prod mgt, control systems etc and capacity chasing orders not the other way round
Thereafter the sp should easily hit 100p..........
Having said that
30p to 1000p in 12m is a bad return......... as long as the new CEO gets the axe out soon
