" Yes we did buy 45 wells from Curado and the announcement made by them refers. Yes the purchase price was $500,000 in cash and was paid in full on completion. They were desparate sellers and we were able to move quickly to secure the deal at the price of $11,111 per well. You have to accept that Mike Chandler has worked on the East Texas field for over 30 years and that he has geological records on hundreds of wells in that field. He smelt a bargain from a distressed seller."

Think that puts the issue to bed now.
