I bought 2 bottles of Ameretto today 'on offer'. Got to get the stuff when you see it at Tescos'.
I took my first home delivery from Ocado the other day. £15 discount voucher. Their internet store site is fantastic compared to the Tesco nightmare site.
To see the difference you have to shop it.
Todays Tesco fiasco was no Paracetamol tablets. Luckily I was looking for the humble aspirin. Grabbed three 16 tabs packs, leaving barely half dozen left for anyone else.
The outrage was, while trying to locate the Aspirin (which were next to the empty Paracetamol space), there must have been about 10 Ladies looking for that very pain relief.
PMT and Tesco phara shelves, both have something in common; they are both bitches when they don't have the product you need.
Again no 'Matzos' crackers. So cleared the entire store of the 2 remain 'Tesco's Water biscuit' packs. Very crappy.
The store has got one thing going for it. A taste of home with those 'Krispy Cremes', the Kent gals could'nt get enough of em. Almost fighting each other there were.
Everytime I go there, the English Ladies seem to be getting just that little bit larger. They will need to widen those aisles in five years time now Krispy have arrived.
As for Tesco, its losing my custom little by little. I was in M&S the other the other month buying fruit. Ocado this month; you know its a trend.
However as I see it Tesco will still grow because those Brit waistbands are still not as big as our folks back home in the US.
Will be trying the new local Morrisons when it opens.
I am just looking for a store that keeps it shelves full, I hate empty selves. Its like fake advertising.
