Tersus Energy is a newly formed company that until recently was known as MCC Energy. Tersus floated on AIM in February 2005 at 50p after raising around £2.5m. Tersus started as an advisory business in the energy sector that received equity stakes in return for its advisory services. The float allowed the company to make investments in both companies and projects.
