I wanted to buy more for my SIPP at 52p-lol at the distant memory. The Howick Place purchase is worth £180 million which was the market cap at the time. I'd say this is heading to £1.80. I bought in at 25p another distant memory lol and remember they had a tidy up exercise where they bought shares at 26p where you saved dealing costs. I wonderwhat mugs took up that offer.The real kicker will be when this establishes itself as as a REIT. I wonder is that the spin-off that was promised recently. £1.80 target.
