Like you I have no doubt about the quaility of the TEO products but I do have concerns that they could actually be too good for the markets requirements. In business, manufacturers have to weigh up the benefits against the cost and we're still clearly in a period where cost often outweighs quality. So long as the product is good enough to satisfy most customers then why price yourself too high against your competitors by adding excellence that nobody's actually asked for anyway and which none of your competitors bothered with either for the same reason.
History is littered with brilliant products that never saw the commercial light of day simply because there was no inherent customer demand. TEO should maybe concentrate on matching competitors with better quaility at similar cost before they start trying to stretch the limits.
