thanks FB for the prompt response re AGM. a month later than usual... time enough for sorting out some of the "not long now" issues maybe!

as a major shareholder here with better contact with the company than most, any insight or response from the company on why such a relatively disappointing results statement. are you not worried that there is some alternative agenda here which is not in existing shareholders best interests, or otherwise concern about lack of competence/drive/focus or something.

despite good achievements, the company's mgmt does not inspire confidence and that is why the SP is where it is. i have been here for over two years and the one thing that has not changed is the company's poor investor relations and implied consideration for shareholders. I don't dispute there has been progress... but in the one area they need to work on (management) there has been no change.. in fact since they lost an MD the opposite.

Can't see how this is in the best interests of the company or adding shareholder value. But WTFDIK.
