As part of the deal with C3, the Chief Executive of Tecteon, Amir Nooral, is to step down from Tecteon with immediate effect to join the new company as a Director.



"While remaining as consultant to Tecteon, Amir"


will be responsible for the technical strategy and direction of Qstik, as well as leading the engineering and product development of the new company. It has also been agreed that Tecteon’s Managing Director, Masoud Ahmadi will also become a director on the board of Qstik PLC. Tecteon will be recruiting a Sale Executive to lead the commercial efforts of the company to fully exploit the identified market opportunities under Tecteon’s existing business model.

We have agreed that as part of the agreement Amir is to join the joint-venture as we feel that Amir’s expertise and experience of the consumer market products and good overall knowledge of the industry will be best utilised in growing the new company which has huge potential from which we will benefit.

This is an excellent deal for Tecteon since we will receive 20% of the profits of the joint venture in addition to the development fees and our standard licensing fees. This agreement with C3 offers Tecteon another avenue to market in addition to the opportunities it is currently progressing. We are confident that Qstik will become a substantial business in its own right
