"The sound heard by the caller is slightly nasal, but great considering you don't have the background noise and it is picking up your voice from inside your ear"
A contact at a Panasonic reseller who sells the Bone DECT headset stated that he sold hardly any of these bone versions of the phone due to cost and the poor voice quality (relative to the non bone device) that was only justified for customers who had extremely poor hearing and this was the only available solution due to the tailored sound that occurs when you use a bone to conduct sound.
This whole "bone" thing seems one "red herring" to me?
