In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, Victoria Oil & Gas Plc ("Victoria" or "the Company") hereby provides notification of the following information:
The Company's capital consists of 115,651,160 ordinary shares with voting rights. Victoria does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury and so the total number of voting rights in the Company is 115,651,160.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in, Victoria under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules
