TEO - Ready to go into Orbit!

IMHO this has always been a case of dammed if we do and dammed if we don't!!
Are we the tail that wags the dog or are we the dog that's wagging its tail!!

I have tried to glean directly from M Amhadi his thoughts on the future of TEO's business relationship with Qstik. All he would say was that he would fight all the way to get the best deal possible for TEO (us). It could well be the case TEO have already had the chance to sign away the family jewels but have held on to enable themselves to get into the very position they may now find themselves in. They now have a clear endorsement of their technology, and a route to market, but without finding themselves in a straightjacket from which there is no release.

My guess is they will want to improve terms with Qstik and have very gradually manouvered into position for this very scenario. There's no way Qstik or CC will tell TEO to bugger off....and even if they did TEO still own at least 20%!! ....and will still be producing Evoq!!

Amir Nooral confirmed to me weeks ago that TEO's VQ applications would be used for all VQ related products produced by Qstik. That I believe to be the case!

Don't forget that although we are talking about two companies posturing for the best deal....the personnel involved are nearly all from the same stable and it will be well within their interests to ensure they agree favourable terms with each other!! ;-)

I asked Ahmadi some time ago if he thought we would see the mergence of Qstik/Teo in a reverse shell takeover. He certainly did not dismiss the idea at all.

We are now in a win-win situation, the only ponderable as far as I can see is by what degree we can improve our current situation with Qstik.

I would be happy enough for Qstik to reverse into TEO with a cash injection in return for TEO gaining a larger portion of the company on the basis that it puts the killer IP on the table!! I can see huge mileage for both Qstik and TEO going the extra mile with each other to form a really dynamic company!

But this is still a real conundrum because to go back to my first sentence,....will we kick ourselves for giving our IP away? When if we'd held on for a bit longer we could've made it bigtime on our own......but you are right TIE, there's a distinct absence of news from TEO in relation to anything other than the exciting new developments with Qstik! i.e. No more hint of that crucial appointment they were supposed to be making progress of!! Even TC-2000 got no more mention than us being the sponsors at the Glasgow convention!

Yes, It could now well all be pointing to one thing...we are throwing in our lot to become Qstikteon. Hey, that's no mean option and a safer route to success plus all the other goodies we can jointly develop...just means we give up some of the pie for it.

Hmmm...would I rather have 45% of 50 million pounds than 100% of 3 million ??!! (if you know what I mean)

This is all conjecture but I think it merely illustrates the mode of thinking that must be going on at TEO just now!!

Indeed really interesting times ahead for TEO shareholders!!
