Back in June 2005 they said

Tecteon PLC ( a leading provider of voice quality,
comfort listening and hearing protection technologies and solutions, has signed
a second contract with Clement Clarke Communications Limited (C3)
( with a minimum royalty value of #900,000
(Nine Hundred Thousand Pounds), receivable within 12 months of delivering to C3
a second hearing protection reference design platform. The product is scheduled
for delivery within 12 weeks of signing the contract. The agreement with C3, the UK's longest established headset provider, is in addition to an earlier
agreement between the two companies announced on 22nd February 2005.


Last year we were told the two contracts were combined - this year we're being told they haven't paid up -

They've had 6 months to tell us this wasn't going to happen - hence the challenge on profits - This is not honest - to tell us at the last minute is just so outrageous - you don't need to be an accountant to add 2+2 to realise the numbers do not add up - as soon as they knew the numbers were not going to add up they should have told us and not waited until 30 minutes before the cutoff date -
