LONDON (AFX) - Tecteon PLC said it swung to a full-year profit after
including a net gain on the sale of its oil and gas Dominion Energy PLC unit.
The AIM-listed audio technology group reported a pretax profit of 155,139
stg for the year ended June 30 compared to a loss of 1.376 mln stg last time.
The figure includes a profit of 895,858 stg on the sale of its unit.
Group turnover in the period was 966,186 stg compared with 227,218 for the
same period in prior year and included 130,230 stg in respect of Dominion which
was sold off by February 2006.
A statement on the company added it expects to be able to make an
announcement early next year on its ongoing talks with Qstik PLC and Clement
Clarke Communication.
