There is no dishonesty. You and Tradx666 are being very free with your unsupported accusations/insinuations and you do the directors a great diservice.

Tradx666 you are spreading such ideas/concerns in unecessarily provocative language hinting at guilt before innocence when the Qstik deal is so very good for TEO. Others are picking up your unwarranted scenario as fact. Out of respect for your opinion.

Your logic that we haven't got the details is the same as me assuming that because you hide behind anonymity on this board and we haven't got details of who you actually are, you MUST be a wanted criminal. That is very probably wrong and I would actually never assume such a nonsense before the proper assumption that you are a perfectly reasonable, nice honest guy.

So why do you treat the TEO directors with such disdain when you don't even know them, have probably never spoken to them to discuss your concern and when the evidence is there that TEO have a good deal?

For God's sake they have 20% of a customer which means we get a slice of the revenue all the way up the chain to the re-seller/end-user. If there was funny business, TEO would not have got any percentage at all, Qstik would have got exclusivity for ALL the markets, not just military and Massoud Alikhani would have got a stake in Qstik. They have obviously noted the concern on conflict of interest and have dealt with it by saying Nooral couldn't be in 2 camps, TEO would get 20%, there is only exclusivity for military markets where it is well known that C3 are strong in that market and TEO are hardly likely to do anything on their own anyway, and TEO have a director on the Qstik board. The RNS says that the terms in principle are normal commercial terms.

All those things suggest that the matter has been dealt with properly and the directors should be given the benefit of the doubt until shown otherwise, not the other way round. In fact, for TEO to get 20% of profit share for no cash costs when Qstik will do all the marketing and manufacturing into large markets and incur much greater cost and risks is an EXCELLENT deal for TEO. Qstik, however, actually think they will do very well and TEO think their 20% will give excellent value to TEO shareholders.

I understood the concerns you had, spoke to the company, spoke to the PR guys, and looked at all the anecdotal evidence in the RNS.

It may be a possibility (you can never say never and people can lie and be deceitful), but it is perverse to think the worst is more than an insignificant possibily given the advantages and what we have been told.

There may be very good reasons why we can't get specific details yet, because there may be different types of product planned using different components of TEO technology, using different types of model from pure software to RDP, with and without development input and fees and the details may only be known as each product is launched. That seems quite reasonable to me. It doesn't mean they are hiding anything, it means it is not possible to give details of possibly complex permutations in a simple summary other than to say the terms are 'standard commercial' and saying that TEO thinks this will give them 2 or 3 times the level of income of trying to do it on their own.

That is excellent and clever business for which the TEO board should probably be praised.
