I am convinced there's a contract payment missing in this report

ignoring first contract with C3 we were told

'a leading provider of voice quality, comfort listening and hearing protection
technologies and solutions, announces that product design and development for
the 2nd contract announced on 27 June 2005 has been completed and delivered to lement Clarke Communications (C3) Limited.( Under
the terms of the agreement, a significant portion of advanced royalty fees are
payable by the Licencee on delivering the reference design platform.'

Today we're told £300k has been rec. - hang on since when is significant less than 50%. and are they telling us we've been paid nothing for the first contract which was launcehd much earlier --- either dishonest or a mistake - I hope
