What do you mean by "qualifying business asset" and the two year rule to which you refer?

Incidently, the first of my acquisitions was almost one year ago - obviously by the time we're at my desired £2.35ps levels, that'll be another year away.

Somewhat pointless query that last one though as doubtless I'll probably not sell even when we're @ £3 plus!

This CGT malarky is a puzzle to me though...
