If Plantronics had played the regs only game, what then the outcome? Silent call centres - no productivity - but legislation met. TEO have taken the warning route - the more pragmatic approach - the allow discretion - but inside a real shock solution.
Have Plantronics been side tracked by their weakness and allowed their strength, which may be unworkable but is compliant, to slip by?
