Tech Bouncers: Playing an upturn

Take a look at Ashpool on Ofex, just got into Interactive TV.

Had time to take a closer look at Interactive TV.

Yoomedia with Mkt cap of £56m are the leaders and their shares have gone up 7,600% from 0.75p to 58p at the peak so far (currently 50p).

Yoo lost £7m in recent accounts & claim to be leader, & do have several deals signed up, but very interesting is how much of an infant this business is I quote:

So for a business valued at £56m, yet only has £400,000 of revenues clearly suggests a lot is expected. Also it appears they raised cash at 25p a share approx 33 times higher than the their low of 2003.



Ashpool or Command TV are not YOO & don't have a host of deals, but then if the business is at such an early stage, they won't have had time to secure them, although it appears they already have a deal with "a large media company".


Having had time to read a bit more, I think a mkt cap of £0.88m looks rather small considering the potential, also after recent results looks a lot less speculative, not a blue chip, but this is what Ofex is about spotting the next winner in an exciting sector & I am pleased to say, after reading the recent results & looking over the figures, this Ofex company at least now has connections to what appears one of the most exciting areas of technology, at a very very early stage.......Still speculative, but what the hell was YOO when it was just 0.75p?....It wasn't a safe looking blue chip that's for sure!


All Ashpool have done so far is go up about 25% probably mainly on the back of increased turnover & losses almost eliminated, have the potential interactive TV sales been noticed or the quarter ownership of the interactive TV company?


Worth research in my opinion....at the current price you aren't paying any serious premium for potential & if it is realised to a degree then the share price rewards should not be small.
