they were on the bbc news last night - TNT and a tanfield spokesman. the conclusion was that although the lorry cost £60k double what they would normally pay the cost of running it compared to a diesel was £25 V £110 for the week. thats a massive saving. the only problem they had at present was that the vehicle was very quiet and therefore could be dangerous to pedestrians however, tanfield suggestion was to insert some kind of noice device.
