PremierPompey - I can't now remember where I found this, but there are reasonably strict conditions laid down for when a company is 'forced' to issue an RNS. It won't happen if:
"...the news is not material enough for announcement... either as a substantial transaction which is defined as 10% of last years reported revenues or an event which might lead to a substantial share price movement such as significant news surrounding the Company's financial condition, sphere of activity or expectations of or actual business performance."
I suspect TAD won't react just because Shares Mag *thinks* something material will happen. Neither will they react because my Granny happens to agree with Shares :) In which case, as far as I'm aware, neither of these conditions for an announcement have yet been fulfilled. When the major US company say that TAD can say something - they may then have something to say...
