Astonicus- why have they no overdraft facility?, the Board dodged the question at the EGM vote, for dumping the hardware section -I was there; the reason is they cannot get one, normal practice would be to use one rather than flog off our shares at huge discount to maintain cash flow.
I ask again, why in others opinion do they not have an overdraft facility?
What is their credit rating with a major bank?.

Why are they cash positive? because when they need to show positive cash flow- and (I warned 2 months ago that the year end figures would be GEM manipulated)- its GEM, causing shareholder value dilution- simple.
