Guess not with a spread of 0.75-1.25, that would be about 50%.
I thought a Phoenix was supposed to rise from the ashes ?
Trading update
On 13 November the Company announced that it had received notification from
Ordnance Survey GB ("OS") to suspend significant work streams under its contract
for the Phoenix programme.
Further to that announcement, the board advises that it has completed a thorough
review of the financial impact of the suspended work streams on the Geospatial
Solutions Division ("GS Division"). This has resulted in the termination,
effective 9 December 2006, of the contracts of 33 sub-contractor resources
deployed on the Phoenix programme In addition, with effect from 15 December
2006, the Company has completed 10 compulsory redundancies from the Division..
The aim of these actions is to minimise the impact of the suspended work streams
on the short-term profitability and cash flow of the GS Division. The GS
Division continues to work with OS on other work streams within the Phoenix
programme.
On 6 September, the Board announced that it had asked Peter Bondar to manage the
Streaming Division for a period of three months with the objective of
restructuring and re-positioning the business such that Tadpole can either
retain ownership of the business under new leadership or conclude a sale of an
interest in the business to DivestCap or other potential purchasers. The board
has now received Mr Bondar's review and recommendations for the Streaming
Division and has asked him to continue to manage the Streaming Division on an
interim basis pending the completion of the corporate review.
The board continues actively to explore all commercial opportunities and
strategic options for both the GS Division and the Streaming Division and will
report any further developments as they occur.
