There are rumours of a 22p per share bid from Intrinsyc Software,a Canadian mobile phone software company.

Intrinsyc Software trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange (symbol: ICS) and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, with regional development offices in Bellevue, USA; Singapore; and Birmingham, UK.

Mkt Cap = $49.8 Canadian (£21.7m).

Clearly, as they are,themselves, a smallcap company, this would explain the low price rumoured to be offered.

Quite frankly, if SYNC really are "at an advanced stage" to signing a "SUBSTANTIAL CONTRACT" with "a major international hardware manufacturer", then i don't think this has a cat in hells chance of being true as i would expect SYNC to return to the 30's minimum on the news.

Its probably just a silly rumour spread by someone hoping to ramp the sp short term.

Although i believe its completely untrue, bid rumours are always a good sign.

Hurry up SYNC !
