The Rolls-Royce repair and overhaul capability has expanded to 16 sites on 4 continents, and now has capability to overhaul over 40 engine types, from a range of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Growth has been achieved through a combination of organic development, strategic acquisition and partnership with our customers.

The organisation has its headquarters in Derby, England - the original centre for large civil engine overhaul. This site is now complimented by joint ventures in Hong Kong, Dallas and Singapore which provide overhaul on large civil engines such as the Trent and RB211 in partnership with HAECO, sister company of Cathay Pacific, American Airlines and SIA Engineering Company. In February 2003 a further enhancement was made to the Rolls-Royce network when N3 Engine Overhaul Services was announced, which will provide further Trent overhaul capability in a 50:50 joint venture with Lufthansa Technik.

In order to meet the needs of our 4,500 helicopter and GA customers, we have established the Model 250 Rolls-Royce FIRST network of 27 approved service centres, supported by 37 Aviall locations, all dedicated to keeping your fleet airborne, no matter where you're based. And with over one-hundred and seventy Rolls-Royce technical representatives worldwide, you can be assured of reliable support three-hundred-and-sixty-five days a year
