what your take on the situation its been a bit quite still loads of big buys from the instis
i think we should hear something soon 1st week of jan either pre-result statement(results end of jan ish)
or bid news as its been a few weeks srf are usually on the ball so i would have thought they would have decided by now on offer
if they refuse offer an anouncement hopefully will say what the bid was which should underpin the price at that figure (a low offer would be about 5.90 at a guess)then hopefully higher bid will follow
if i was bidding for this company my opening bid would be good (so they new i was serious)as i would want to get the deal well under way before result announcement although would any business man make the first offer there best and last (i doubt it)
there cold still be a hostile bid after result announcement at end of jan if the figures are exceptional
of course all the above is purely conjecture on my part or some might say wishfull thinking DYOR
