A "closed period" incudes "when the AIM company is in possession of unpublished price sensitive information".
So this mornings RNS, at first glance, basically means that Scotty know of no price sensitive info so NO news is coming soon.
However, it does NOT say that. It states "has informed SCOTTY Group plc that he
is interested in 3,726,753 Ordinary Shares".
He did not buy them in this RNS...he ALREADY had them.
Therefore, its still *possible* to get news of a deal before Christmas.
