intresting situation, Im very much related to this situation, As I own the vessel that first worked Celia.That was back in 1991 when the salvage vessel REDEEMER broke the world record for commercial cargo recovery at 1250 meters ON ANCHORS , they if you want to read about it there is a book called DEEP WATER by Moya Crawford. Its shows how the wreck was worked, As I said Its a very intresting situation, I bought the ship from the previouse owner 3 years ago, I will be salvageing in the spring of 07
