Subsea should manage to get the cargo from the Ceila. It's in shallow waters compared to the Titanic lol. The Titanic is at a depth of 3820 metres and the Ceilia is at a depth of 1200 metres. The Comex salvage company has already been down to the Celia and John Kingsford was involved in that. JK is now in with Subsea and will know the Celia very well. Comex managed to get some of the Ceila cargo up. So they must know what lifting gear works, when you think about it.
They just need to get the equipment ready and good weather. I'll assume the Ella is easier to get to than the Ceilia since they are practicing on it. So things should be alright when you weigh the situation up.
