SUBSEA RESOURCES: A possible Treasure Trove

I find it strange that when questioned about the recovery method at the AGM they played their secret squirrel card if the grab was to be operated by wire why not say so as this would be very positive. IMO this leads me to belive they do require a specialist ship so as to operate the grab by drill stem (wire will also required for the recovery of skips for a simultaneous operation). At a guess they would not want to commit to hire a vessel on long term charter now due to the high costs for this type of vessel prior to first proving the operation of their recovery system. Hence we now see the statment that the Celia is only likely to be part salved at first.
