Stocks to HALVE in 2006 thread

Holdontight - Fri, 30 Dec 05 :

Same theme as CR's thread, with Hambi hopefully to provide the neccesary tech stuff....

"Well another year and A FIRST HALVER thread for the stock SHORTERS out there to suggest the stocks they think will HALVE OR MORE IN 2006.

There is one main rule: NO ONE LINER TYPE, DIPSTICK POSTS. To suggest a stock on here you have to show your reasoning as to why a stock might be a HALVER over the next 12 months. The rules state that brief ramp type, short posts make you a self-confirmed DIPSTICK that doesn’t know why a stock might HALVE.

Name your stock but give some detail why it will HALVE please.

How about testing your SHORTING skills more thoroughly this year? I don’t know if you are aware of the HemScott Stock Challenge but it’s a great bit of fun and free. Pick 5 stocks for JANUARYand they are monitored on a performance chart. Prices are ‘offer to bid’ so it actually tracks how well you’d have performed even after paying the spread.

Entry forms for the JANUARY Stock Challenge NOW OPEN :-

Let the HALVING commence!

Hambi WILL HOPEFULLY create a chart where you can duplicate your selection and reasoning and check your performance along with other posters:
