IMO Colt is undervalued and in 2005 they have underperformed. The current price has support from 5 Directors buying at 55p. The past two years Colt has been working to reduce their costs and they have won more contracts than ever while adding new customers from all over europe. The next 4th quarter results are expected to be positive. M&A is expected to picking up in 2006 more than 05. Telecom sector need to conslidate and most telecom stock have languished in 05.
