to prompt this:
GWP: is one of my submissions. just after i submitted gwp it took a 20% hit dropping to 100p intra-day because of an inquest verdict. however, the market seems to have completely shrugged that off and the sp quickly regained about 15% of the drop to get back up to the 115p area. however, last week saw an excellent rise to almost 149p. the news of the european license deal could be behind this rise but i'm not convinced. i expected a period of a couple of week consolidation at the 100-120p range after the inquest (which followed the license deal news). either the market has discounted the inquest more quickly than i expected (more than possible) or there is more news on the way (also possible). if anyone has any thoughts?
if there isn't more news then it is the european license that is probably driving the sp. also gwp are due to report in jan and i expect a fairly full update on activities. there is the possibility of progress in the USA and the real possibility of progress in europe. it will therefore be interesting to see what happens next week: slight drop, consolidation, or continuing strong rise and/or news?
