Thanks for creating an interesting and stimulating thread.
There are already an enormous number of suggestions, which I scarcely have time to evaluate in any detail. While accepting that there are a whole range of different investor scenarios, I personally am looking for companies which could produce above average performance in 2006, without giving roulette-wheel risk. I am, however, a little disconcerted by those entries which seem to be theoretical. Without discouraginging entrants who are promoting £4m market cap companies with a NMS of £200 and a 10 per cent dealing spread I think some categorisation by NMS or Market Cap would be helpful. What do you think?
