The company have very good proven copper reserves, and prospects for retrieving are relatively straight forward(as far as I understand?), copper prices are at an all time high, and are unlikely to retrace with demand likely to continue to grow at a rapid rate.
The management apparently are very experienced and respected in the industry, and have bought shares at a 50%+ higher price than it is today.
Botswana is a country in Africa that is relatively easy to do business with, with little political turmoil, making it a relatively safe play.
I have very little experience in the mining sector, but reading the very informative thread there looks to be little downside, and when it catches somebodies radar, could have significant upside.
