I would like to put forward AT Communications, I haven't bought in yet but will do so next week, so don't ramp it up to high before I get in.
I have a buy on AT Communications. The acquisition of T-Liaison, a multi-network operator, for GBP1.1M (split 50:50 between cash and shares) and the assumption of an estimated GBP1.6M in debt. "The acquisition provides ATC with cross-selling opportunities, access to a hosted IP switch for a managed service solution and savings on existing fixed line minutes."
The thread is a quiet one which is normally a good sign of not being ramped.
