Nelphin - type something in the post an article box. Just a few words. Now hit the Ctrl key and the A key at the same time. Notice that everything you have typed is highlighted. Now hit the Ctrl key and the X key at the same time...and notice that your words have disappeared. Yikes. Now hit the Ctrl and P key at the same time.
CTRL + A - selects everything
CTRL + X - cuts it
CTRL + V - pastes it.
Type whatever it is you want to say in word, notepad or your email editor...Ctrl+A, then Ctrl+X, then put your cursor in this box and Ctrl+V.
