sheeneqa: i agree (about using the voting system generally). for me i think that people need to understand that a negative vote does not have to be a bad thing - i.e. there may be a serious question about a company (which may be depressing the sp) but if that question is resolved then the sp could fly. its all about understanding both the positive and negatives - too often people think your deramping when you are just making a good point...
ok i'm off my soap box now. still looking for ways to improve the table but fairly happy with how it is developing
