Stocks EVO can short you on.

You well know that the contxt I am bringing to peoples attention is naked shorting of the sort indulged in by EVG in RSV/Azure shares.

Shorting a share when you have been able to borrow it is in my view acceptable, though not desirable.

Selling shares of about 150% of a company's issued capital when those shares simply do not exist is quite another matter.

If they are prepared to do it once then they will do it again. The above companies are those at risk in my opinion.

Many AVG lackeys have said that when buying shares it is a case of caveat emptor (let the buyer beware ). That may be true - it certainly is if you buy a share of which AVG is a market maker.

You could buy a share today from another market maker where the price is based on fundamentals and supply and demand and the next day AVG takes it into their heads to sell 150% of the share capital without so much as budging the price. Then where are you ? I will tell you. You are an RSV shareholder.

In my opinion they are criminals.
