YEs davehome, maybe they will fall in 2007, but in 2-3-4 years they could easily double again. Britain has to have strategic Electricity supply , there could also be a 5-10 year delay between the end of current nuclear stations and new ones taking up the reins. The lobby in the country against Nuclear would be very powerful and cvause a lot of regional and local trouble. Ceanish coal is much less contentious.
ALso I see today 'Scotland on Sunday' do their 10 tips of what will happen in 2007. The ist of these is 'resurgence of coal fuel'.
( They got 7 out of 10 right last year).
