Sterling say cash flow will increase by 400% in 2006

It should be a very good year of the Mauretanian Government don't follow this new trend of demanding renegotiatons of terms of contracts with foreign oil companies.. Russia, now Algeria.
However, even this shocking possibility may not be bad for SEY, who are Government's partners and have free carry on any developments too. If the Government raise extra oil revenue by extra taxation of Woodside etc, SEY are still due a percentage, and certainly not a penny less than at present.
SEY looks an ever safer bet if oil producers go down the contract nulification and re-issue road.
