The Company announces that Mr Mark Adorian, a non-executive director of StatPro,
yesterday informed the Company that he completed the sale of 1,065,000 ordinary
shares in the Company to his wife and 275,000 ordinary shares to his pension
plan. The transfers were completed at 61.875 pence per ordinary share.
As a result of the transfers there has been no change in Mr Adorian's notifiable
interest in the Company, which remains 1,340,000 ordinary shares representing a
3.8% holding in the total issued share capital of the Company.
