Do you not think there are players out there trying to increase DATA RATES over copper so no cost needs to be put in to DIGGING up roads ?
Changes at PBX / END device
DSL has changed from 5k to i think 7.5+ distance
Date rates have changed from 256/512k to ??????
Wireless rates have changed from 9600 - 384k gsm -> GPRS/UMTS
Whats data rate is needed for TV over copper to your home
????
